Returns
We hope that you will love your purchases, however if you're item isn't right for you, we are happy for you to return it to us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
To be eligible for a refund, all items must be in an unworn, resalable condition with no perfume, laundering or smoke smells. All original labels must be attached. Please also take extra care when trying on your new purchases as any items marked with make up, fake tan etc will be deemed unsuitable for resale and will not be refunded.
Please note all sale items are non returnable
How do I return my item?
Please pack the parcel in the original packaging where possible. Complete the enclosed returns form and include this and a copy of your invoice with the goods you are returning. We cannot issue a refund without these!

You do not need to notify us of your return. We recommend that you use recorded delivery as any lost items can not be refunded. Please note that we do not offer free postage for returns nor can we refund the original cost of postage.
How will I receive my refund?
Once we receive your returned items, we will inspect them to ensure they are eligible for return and if they comply we will endeavour to process your refund within 5 working days. All refunds will be refunded via the original payment method. If you paid by online gift card, the cost of the item will be refunded onto a new gift card.
